Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, Jane has been a professional makeup artist for over eight years, working with brides, models, photographers, and fashion teams internationally, including projects in Italy. She owned and managed her own beauty salon in Saint Petersburg, creating flawless makeup for weddings, editorial projects, and commercial shoots, and styling hair for special occasions. Her commercial work includes preparing women and men for on-camera appearances, commercials, video conferences, TV, and photoshoots. In 2023, she was named Best Makeup Artist at the LA Fashion Show, recognizing her skill, creativity, and dedication to excellence.

* At SF Studio or artist’s SF location. On location or within 20 miles of SF will incur an additional $85 travel fee. Parking fees if any, are additional.
(Please note: Engagement makeup & hair sessions should not be used as your wedding trial unless you want your engagement and wedding photos to have the exact same makeup and hair styling. The majority of brides want a more casual style for their engagement photos.

Consultation & Trial (Required for weekend Fri-Sat weddings).
* Please allow approx. 3 hours at Maria Lee's SF studio. Arrive with no makeup and hair washed/dried the night before.

Please note: For large bridal parties competent assistants may be hired. Bookings are on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Wedding dates are not reserved until a 50% deposit and signed contract are received. Reserving your wedding date early is recommended since Maria Lee Make-up & Hair gets booked quickly. Please contact Maria for availability. Cash, PayPal, and all credit cards are accepted. Any gratuity is preferred in cash.
