• CANCELLATION POLICY: Once you submit the retainer you will receive a confirmation email and you will be added to our calendar. The retainer is non-refundable if there are any cancellations or rescheduling since we get booked months in advance for events. Any appointment cancelled by client within 14 days of the scheduled date will be charged 50% of the total amount. Any appointment cancelled by client within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the total amount. If artist cancels for any reason, another competent artist will replace original artist. If another artist cannot replace original artist a full 100% refund will be returned to client. • BALANCE: The retainer will be deducted from the total payment. Your credit card will be charged the balance. If Maria Lee is your artist, you may take care of balance in cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp. If a team artist styles you, your balance will be charged to your credit card.

• GRATUITY: Any gratuities you’d like to give directly to the artist are appreciated in cash or added to credit card balance.
