Our Sugar Scrub has been formulated with sugar granules and the following therapeutic active raw ingredients: organic sunflower oil for Oleic acids with high amounts of Vitamins A, D, and E, as well as beneficial amounts of lecithin, and unsaturated fatty acids. Deeply nourishing and conditioning for the skin. Highly recommended to relieve dry, weathered, aged, and damaged skin. This scrub also contains:
• Blueberries and Cranberries to load the skin with anti-oxidant power as well as Vitamin C to fight free-radical damage.
• Pomegranate, Rhubarb, and Dandelion which provides anti-aging bioflavonoids . Bioflavonoids have a great range of medicinal properties including antioxidant, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor.
• Jojoba beads, Olive and Hibiscus decongest the pores and exfoliate the skin to receive the oxygen enhancing vitamins and minerals found in the detoxifying berries and herbs.
• Coconut oil for beneficial Lauric Acid in high quantities. Lauric acid is a medium chain fatty acid, which has the additional beneficial function of being translated into monolaurin in the human or animal body. Monolaurin is nourishing and skin-supportive.
• MSM which is an organic sulfur from the oceans. MSM occurs naturally in the human body. It actually makes up 5% of the human body and is essential for every organ, cell, tissue, hormone, enzyme, antibody, and function found in the body. This whole food is a beautifying mineral, and contributes to hair, skin, nail, and joint renewal and health. Bio-available MSM must be continually replenished for optimal youth, nutrition and health.
• Kukui Nut Oil has been shown to be effective in soothing the skin. It does not leave an oily residue, and has a high linoleic and linolenic acid content. Kukui Nut Oil contains vitamins A, C, and E, providing anti-oxidants that help to protect the skin from the elements. This unique oil is deeply nourishing and provides a protective shield that locks in moisture.
• Macadamia Nut oil which as proven itself to be one of the best oils available for skin moisture. It is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, and closely resembles sebum (the oil naturally produced by your skin to help protect it). Macadamia oil is a protective oil with a high absorption rate and has been successfully used as a soothing oil.
Directions for Use: Rub amount in-between hands and apply on body in circular fashion for gentle exfoliation. Can use with fingertips or with cloth. Rinse off with warm water. Ideal to keep in or near shower. Pat skin dry and follow with our Body Luxury Lotion.
